I am a level 3 health and social care student. I have work in a nursery for free as part of work experience ages from 1-6. I also have a lot of younger sisters and help look after them too. I understand how important development is at a young age and I love working with people and making a difference. At a young age it is fundamental that children have a good foundation to developing skills.
