I have been passionate about children flourishing and their education ever since I can remember, and believe that they are being taught valuable life lessons continuously throughout their early life and primary education. This will enable them to grow emotionally and mentally and being a part of that would be so rewarding alongside being able to see how you have helped them develop. I have been fortunate enough to have had many opportunities to be able to witness the teaching environment, alongside being a part of wonderful schools. Teaching 30 children day-to-day has allowed me to gain a range of skills in taking on responsibility, working collaboratively with others, communication and great organisational skills. I believe these aspects of my background will enable me to contribute effectively to this role and learn and adapt from past experiences. Additionally, in regards to my experience, I looked after a 7-8month old child for a duration of 3 months, Mon-Fri 7am-4pm. I am currently a qualified primary school teacher in a school targeting children aged 2-11yrs old, so have experience of a wide selection of ages. Eloise
