My Name is Ellena, I am 22 years old and I live in the centre of Brighton. I currently study at the Open University where I am doing a degree in Criminology and Psychology. I am British but for half my life I was raised abroad in Sweden and Italy until last year when I moved back to England. For over 2 years, I was a part-time live-out nanny for an Italian family in Bologna. My responsibilities were the general care of two boys from the ages of 3 to 5. I did the school runs, took them to after school activities, cooked their lunches or dinners and prepared them for bed. I did this up to 4 days a week plus the occasional babysitting for a Friday night. Part of my role as the nanny was also to help the boys improve their English and be able to communicate with me.
