I’m 20, spent last year as an aupair caring for 2 girls (age 3 months & 3 years), sometimes for 15 hours. I am now at university but home (in Nantwich) for the summer, mid May to end of august (excluding 13th-28th July). Always enjoyed working with children & plan to become a teacher. I am creative, love arts & crafts & baking. I am great at coming up with fun activities to engage development. I can tutor in maths GCSE level & below. I have volunteered with children through charities- Cheshire buddies & Friends For Leisure where I helped run clubs for kids with SEN. I have baby sat for family friends. I have 2 weeks work experience, 1 week at a mainstream & 1 at a SEN school. I tutored maths 1x a week for a year & helped teach maths, reading & art in younger years at school. I’ve done a first aid course & online courses in autism awareness & safeguarding. I had a job looking after a 5 year old autistic girl for a couple hours a week for 6 months & worked with a non verbal boy for a few months. I set up a wellbeing club for younger students in school & currently volunteer 1x a week at a library helping run crafts for children.I worked as bank staff at a nursery for a summer. Friends describe me as kind, considerate & selfless.
