A kind, patient and caring nanny searching for my next childcare position with a lovely family! I completed my Early Years PGCE and became a qualified Early Years Teacher in 2020 after having previously held a variety of childcare and teaching roles. I have a nurturing and compassionate approach to childcare and really enjoy building personal relationships with the children and families I work with, and love helping children to learn and understand the world using activities and experiences tailored especially to them. I have experience of working with children and babies under 12 months through to teenagers in a number of roles including as an au pair, a Brownie leader, children's centre support worker, and an early years practitioner. Prior to training as an Early Years Teacher I completed an undergraduate honours degree in Nutrition through which I completed projects on childhood nutrition and development, breastfeeding and weaning, and promoting healthy lifestyles in children and teenagers.
