Through college, I completed three placements with different ages of children ranging from Birth to 11 years and gained a lot of knowledge about different ages and stages of development. I’ve worked 1-1 with children and completed group work in each of the year groups in my placement. I’ve also planned and carried out activities that match each child’s individual development. In 2021 I worked as a children’s support worker in a summer school to ensure that children’s learning was still developing while playing. I planned out day to day activities with colleagues and assessed all the safeguarding policies to make sure children stayed safe. I’m a fun and outgoing girl who enjoys taking part in a variety of different activities whether it be indoors or outdoors.
