In 2019, I began working in the childcare industry and never looked back. I hold a Level 3 diploma in Early years and Childcare as well as paediatric first aid and a DBS. I currently work in a private nursery as a team leader for the baby room caring for children aged 11 months and onwards and have worked here for nearly 5 years now. I also do regular babysitting in the evenings and weekends, therefore my experience ranges from newborn to 13 years. During my time working in a nursery, I have cared for children with additional needs and disabilities such as autism/ADHD/Down syndrome. I have basic makaton/BSL skills too.
