My name is Ella and I’m a 28 year old primary school teacher. I have worked as a teacher for 3 years and previously worked as a behaviour support practitioner. My experience has developed me into an enthusiastic and hard-working individual, with a passion for children’s well-being and love of learning. Previous to becoming a teacher, I spent several years babysitting children; this is where my passion for working with children came from. I have a calm, caring and understanding nature that supports my interactions with children to develop a really meaningful and conducive relationship. I am always reliable, punctual and dedicated to the families I work with. I have great communication skills and work closely with families to adapt my care according to the needs of the children; in order to provide the best care for the children and families I work with.
