Hiya I’m Ella! Im fun, creative, patient and nurturing! I adore children as well as my job although am looking for a new adventure to bring all my experience, positivity and care to. I have been working at a private nursery for 7 years now. Within that time I have earned my level 3 qualification in childcare as well as worked my way up to be the leader and manager of the toddler room as well as a preschool room! As well as my nursery experience I have 4 gorgeous nieces in which I have helped care for from birth (ages 1 year, 5 years, 8 years + 10 years). Additional experience to know, I am trained in safeguarding, first aid, food and hygiene, prevent duty, SEN, language, behaviour, sing and sign as well as DBS checked. I am more than confident in sole charge and support with school transitions, nappy changing, toilet training, bottle feeding, supporting development following the EYFS framework, cleaning, washing, food prep, creating fun and stimulating activities and 1-1 care.
