Elisa was available with short notice to look after my 8 month old for a few hours a day over 3 days. She was swift and easy to communicate with, provided relevant paperwork and came to meet us a few days before which was very helpful. She is trustworthy and experienced and engaged well with my daughter who was happy and comfortable with Elisa after a short time with her.
