I am a hard working, caring individual with lots to offer in a variety of situations. In my current job, I have to use my own initiative, as well as working collaboratively in a team. I am flexible and can adapt to different and difficult situations calmly as they arise. I have good time-keeping and a wide range of experience working with children at different ages and needs. I previously worked extensively with a child with Downs Syndrome and children with Autism. In addition to this, I have Level 1 in British Sign Language and a certificate in Makaton. Personally, I like to see all children succeed and grow in confidence in a happy and secure environment. I enjoy being creative , especially drama and dance. I have frequently organised and choreographed children's shows within school.
