I have a degree in Children, Young People, and Families with a 2:1 classification. During my time at University I worked as a part-time Nanny. Since leaving university I have worked as a full-time nanny as well as writing children’s fiction books. These roles included day trips, evening, and overnight duties. They have enhanced my independent ability to use innovative techniques to occupy children and given me confidence that I am trusted to independently care for young children.
