I have 8 years+ experience working with vulnerable children and families I am proud to have been a part of a fostering family. We welcomed many children from ages 0-14 years old from many different backgrounds. I have also babysat for many years and have carried on healthy relationships with those children and families. Ive learnt a large range of skills from managing challenging behaviour, trauma approached response to learning basic British sign language and i practice PACE. PACE is a way of thinking, feeling, communicating and behaving to make children feel safe. P- playfulness. A- acceptance. C- curiosity. E- empathy.
