I volunteered at my local church for 4 years, looking after children from the ages of 2-4. The tasks I was given was creating fun and interactive activities for the children, and assisting them to the toilet. I worked within a group of 5 and I would be in charge of 10-20 children at one time. From June 2018 until October 2019 I worked as a Sales Advisor with Clarks (shoe shop). In this job I measured and fitted children's feet from the ages of 3 months to 17 years old. I developed negotiation skills and was good at encouraging children to work with me. Previously, I have done some short term evening babysitting for a 2 and 5 year old in which my job was to settle, soothe and put them to bed. Additionally, I previously completed work experience in a nursery where i would work with children from the age of 12 months- 4 years old.
