My Story. I founded Family sleep consultantancy in 2007, after completing my training with MNT. I had worked as a nanny for 18 years previously. I specialise in a Holistic approach to over night Maternity care and Sleep. I support families worldwide with children up to the age of 5 years old, using evidence based methods and gentle routines.. NO ‘cry it out’ My aim is to promote attachment, using gentle methods. I offer home consultations or overnight support. Plus Telephone consultations are also available. I have attended courses on Breastfeeding, Reflux, Intolerances Antenatal care. ‘The Holistic sleep coaching Course’ OCN Level 5. Taught by, Lyndsey Hookway. I have current DBS and first aid
