From a young age I have always enjoyed playing alongside and caring for children and by the time I was a teenager, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in childcare. I have always enjoyed regular baby sitting for family as i have 27 nieces and nephews and i also babysit for family friends. I am bubbly and outgoing with a lot of energy, very friendly and enjoy meeting new people. I always have a smile on my face, especially around children, and it is a passion and also extremely rewarding to be part of each child’s development as they grow. I previously worked in nurseries for around 4 years and it is something i really want to get back into.I strongly believe that children should have structure and routine to their day, clear boundaries and to be taught the difference between right and wrong aswell as adding an element of fun and freedom of choice for the children to gain independence, self esteem and confidence.
