My strengths as a babysitter are that I am very responsible, reliable and a caring person. I am passionate about taking care of children and help meet the physical, social and emotional needs of children. During my time babysitting, I have ensured a safe and clean environment, prepared and given meals following parents instructions and feeding schedules. Studied and took notes from parents about food allergies to understand ingredients and requirements to keep children safe. Provided age appropriate, fun and educational activities ranging from 1 month old to 12 years old as well as keeping an organized and clean home after activities by picking up toys and wiping down areas. Gave children medicine following parents instructions and medication dosing information. Checked and cleaned babies nappies and changed clothing. Bathed, dressed and helped with teeth/hair brushing as part of bedtime preparation. Once my job has ended and parents are back I make sure to have a convosation with them about any concerns or good behaviour during my time there. I am also a fantastic cleaner which I have 4 years experience in also as well as taking care of pets from cats, dogs, rats and birds.
