the experiences I have is one year experience at first class nursery which I learned all different types of skills. My role in this job was to gain experience with working with children aged 6weeks to 5 years, I developed skills in child development, bonding with the children, GIRFEC, SHANARRI, nappy changing, toilet training, observations on the children, doing morning and evening handovers, While working at the nursery my manager gained trust for me to open up the nursery in the morning with someone else being there.
