Hello ! I am Deja. I am 23 years old and also a full time mother to my 23 month old son . I have worked in a private nursery in Welwyn Garden City as an apprenticeship which wasn’t for too long as my travel wasn’t making sense with how much i was being paid. But before that i have looked after a family friends son when i was in school which included me picking him up from school , preparing a small meal, helping with homework and making sure he was ready for when his mum came home before dinner time. I understand how difficult it can be to find childcare for parents and i want to be that person to make lives easier. I believe it is very important to build an appropriate relationship with children such as trust , listening skills , being able to communicate and be vulnerable so it is easier for the kids, aswell as building relationships with children , it’s just as important to built relationships with their parents and gain that trust. My aim is to start a Childminding business to help out parents who need that extra help.
