I have been a nanny for over 15 years and have 3 children of my own. I am very outdoorsy and love taking the children out to parks, playgroups and on trips. I enjoy being creative indoors with them as well. I believe it's very important to encourage children to socialise from a young age, as this builds self-confidence, speedier development and good interpersonal skills - so I always encourage activities and outings centred around this idea. Due to my experience, I have looked after a wide range of children of all ages. The youngest child I have looked after (excluding my own!) was 3 months and the eldest child being 10 (again excluding my own). I also have experience looking after children with disabilities. I looked after children in a nanny share and solely so I am comfortable with both settings.
