In terms of childcare experience, I have worked for 2 years as a children's performing arts teacher and vice principal, teaching ages 5-18 with various different needs and access requirements. Additionally, I worked in a secondary school for a year, covering many different duties, including teaching cover lessons, so would be very happy to help with homework and the like. I have an enhanced DBS on the update service, and am up to date on my safeguarding and online safety courses. I am an actress and a very creative person, and would definitely love to share this creativity with the children I look after, through playing games, making crafts, reading stories and the like! I can always find a way to engage and encourage children, and am especially successful with shy children. Whilst I do not have a driving license, I am happy using public transport and walking to jobs.
