My background in teaching assistant goes back 14 years. As soon as I left school I went straight to college to study NVQ2 children's care, learning development. During this time I was in placement at a nursery which decided to keep me on. I went on to do my NVQ3 while still there. I worked there for four years before moving on to a primary school to work with special needs child/children. As someone who is dedicated to providing the highest quality of service at all times, I am always passionate to make sure that I deliver until both I and the client are completely satisfied. In every school I have worked in, I have a well deserved reputation for getting my job done and by doing it in a professional manner and to the highest standard possible.
