My experience includes: 2018-2019: After school nanny for a 7-year-old boy, including homework help, dinner preparation, and bedtime routines. 2020: Live-in nanny during lockdown in Ireland, caring for a 1-year-old baby. This included light housework and taking care of her dog also. 2022-Present: Teaching assistant with an agency, working across various schools with children ranging from nursery age to year 6. Additionally, I have experience in after school clubs. Extensive experience in caring for children with special needs, particularly managing well with children on the autism spectrum due to growing up with a brother with autism and babysitting responsibilities. I also have experience with children who’s first language isn’t English. During the holiday I am a live in sitter for my partner’s gorgeous 5 year old niece that has recently moved from Brazil and along side minding her I teach her English through phonics etc. I have also helped out with childcare at one of my local churches as I am a born again Christian :) (dbs certificate from the church also)
