Hi! My name is Dahlia , and I am new to London coming in as a student starting University in September. I have been babysitting young kids for as long as I can remember, and typically have stuck with families for around 1-2 years before the kids either outgrow the need for care, or the parents no longer need my services. During my years in babysitting I have done everything — from day trips to pools and lakes, all the way to cooking dinners, and performing bedtime routines. I am super comfortable around kids in all age-ranges, and believe myself to be a great homework helper! My babysitting history has taught me so much about being around little ones, how to make them comfortable, how to build a one-on-one relationship with them, and how to make sure that they are having fun and learning new skills along the way. I have also been a camp counselor, working with kids from 6 -14 in group sizes ranging from nine kids to 20! The camp I was with was an arts camp which involved lots of fun arts and crafts projects. Through this I was able to gain skills in conflict management between different children as well as learning lots of fun activities and things to keep the kids entertained and happy!
