I have worked for a company called Early Years Alliance since January 2014. I have carried out many posts while working for them; including Pre-School Practitioner, 1-to-1 Support worker for children with SEND and crèche leader. My experience with EYA is with children ages 0-12 years but my parents are foster carers and so I have helped my parents for many years with children on all ages at home too.
