My name is Ciara, and I am 43 years old, with over 20 years childcare experience, working in Nurseries, caring for, and supporting babies and children up to 5 years old, with their development. I have worked in a range of nurseries over the years, including British Armed forces Nurseries on the Barracks in Germany. I have had extensive training on safeguarding, and have recently updated my first aid training. I have 4 children of my own, 3 grown boys, 24, 20, and 18, and a 10 year old daughter. I have lots of knowledge and experience in behaviour management, emotional support and regulation, and can develop target to support targeted areas.
