Currently a carer/nanny for a Mum and austisic son in Cheshunt, 4 hours a day. Duties include: school runs, meal prep, housework, emotional support for mum, helping child with home-work, transporting family to and from hospital appointments. I am also a contractor with a tutoring company called ASEND and have supported/tutored/cared for many children and young adults with SEN needs -specifically, Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyspraxia. SEMH, non-verbal and LAC. I've been doing this for nearly 2 years now. My experience before this included: full-time work in public & private schools (TA, 1:1 support for SEND, after-school club manager, playworker, etc) I have a Photography Degree and an educational background of art and media. I would describe myself as an intuitive, open-minded and expressive person who loves inspiring and supporting children via all avenues. Whether that's creatively, spiritually, academically, personally or emotionally. A few things I enjoy doing in my spare time: writing, yoga, walks in nature, travel. I'm 100% a family person and have strong values.
