I am in my third year at university studying MA Education to be a Primary Teacher. I have lots of experience working with kids as I volunteered at my dancing school in a 5-8 year old based class in 2017 right through to 2020. I volunteered at my old Primary School when I was in 6th year during free periods to help out in the classroom in a P1/2 class and gain experience in this field as I love spending time with kids and helping them grow and learn. Throughout my years at university I have been on different placements including both the lower and upper years of Primary School as well as an Early Years placement in a nursery. Last year in 2022 I was selected by my university to carry out my placement at an International Baccalaureate School in London with a Year 2 class, gaining an extra qualification on top of my degree I am working towards. I also tutor a child one day a week practising her reading and phonics to help expand her knowledge and gain confidence in reading, helping out with homework tasks too. I would be an ideal candidate for a Nanny job as I have a maternal nature and really enjoy having a silly side to me with children to let them feel safe, comfortable and nurtured around me.
