I have worked in childcare for over 7 years and I hold my level 3 qualification within childcare. I am currently third in charge within my role and help out management with day to day tasks , I hold my Level 3 qualification completing it with a distinction, I am currently working within the toddler room carrying out responsibilities such as having an excellent understanding around the EYFS, looking after childrern and safeguarding their needs on a daily basis, setting out and providing activites based upon their intrests and ensuring the enviroment is safe and secure for them. Handling food and preparing meals for the children, Completing weekly observations for the children linking it to the EYFS and providing next steps for the parents to recieve. I have first aid, and always attend regular training meetings to improve my practice as an individual. I Have had experiance working with children from 3 months old up to 5 years before they go to school.
