I have many different skills in which I can apply within my job. Communication is a skill which I am great at, ability to talk to parents/carers and colleagues. Decision making is a skill I can bring to practice, as good judgment is necessary for working along with children, I can respond to emergencies or difficult situations. I am able to explain things in terms young children can understand. I can work well with others around me, to develop good relationships with parents, colleagues and children. I have great patience and therefore can remain calm when deal with overwhelming situations.
