I've worked in a nursery setting for almost 7 years but have been gaining experience since the age of 16. I am currently a senior nursery nurse. I’m used to looking after multiple children from ages newborn- 10 years and have done a lot of baby sitting privately for children I work with in the nursery I work at. I recently began my own babysitting service, offering out of Normal working hours childcare to my customers. It's amazing to see how much children can learn over the years, simply by exploring their surroundings. I was able to create activities according to the age and stages of development. I have learnt about the individual needs of children, how babies and young children should be cared for and how safeguarding should be kept in place. I have also recently taken part in SEND & Autism Awareness training (special educational needs & disabilities) as well as an Understanding autism course. Meaning I would be willing to take on children with additional needs as well. I am looking for a family who need a full time nanny.
