-I have been a nanny for three families a week, for about a year. The first family, three boys (2, 4, and 6) two days a week, second family, two boys (1 & 4) two days a week, and one little girl (6 months), one day a week. -I have been involved in the children's work at my old church for about six years, ages ranging from 0-10. - Some SEN experience: I have helped out at a special needs school called Shepherds Down, in Hampshire, for 'days out' in the holidays, and have worked ad hoc hours one-to-one with children aged 6-12. -I have been babysitting regularly since I was about sixteen, on and off, ages ranging from 6 months to 12 years. I am passionate not only about the development and growth of children, but of the opportunity to love kids how I would want to one day love my own. I love children, they energize me, challenge me, humour me, inspire me, and I love to be a part of their lives and watch them change and grow and develop. I am very creative, so inspiring children to develop themselves musically and creatively is very much on my heart. I love being given the privilege and opportunity to be as much of a parent, loving influence and mentor in children's lives, when their parents can't be.
