I am hold great enthusiasm for learning and development. I have a passion for helping others and specialising in early years and the education field.I have worked with children on a 1-1 basis who struggle with behavioural problems, young people who struggle with authority, children who have SEND. I thoroughly enjoy helping young people reach their full potential working through barriers which can help them overcome mental, behavioural and educational blocks. I consider myself hardworking, sympathetic and giving. I am self motivated and a quick learner, I am extremely supportive of others and give up my time willingly to do so. I think I would be good working with in your home because I have always been surrounded by children and helping out where possible with their learning and growth. I work well under pressure in busy and quiet environments to perform different jobs and meet specific deadlines. I am friendly and approachable and work well both within a team and independently.
