I have worked as a early years practitioner for 6 years that provides a purposeful, stimulating environment rich in learning opportunities, both indoors and outdoors. I have to use professional knowledge of the individual and diverse ways that children learn and develop, to meet their differing needs. I have to establish positive and sensitive relationships with children and their careers. I’m responsible for the planning, development and delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage in order to meet all learning interests and needs of children, extending them where necessary. I'm happy to do night time routines for all children, story's, calm down time, bath times and bed time.
