I hold a level 3 national diploma in childcare and have over 5 years experience working in a childcare setting. At my previous job I worked in a private nursery and worked my way up from general practitioner, to preschool room leader and then as acting deputy manager. I absolutely love working with children and find it so rewarding seeing children thrive and achieve great things through learning and play. I have great communication skills and also hold a level 4 in leadership and management which has enabled me to learn the skills to delegate and manage staff in a busy day to day setting. I have 2 children of my own and am now looking for work which allows me to be a little more flexible.
