I am an empathetic and caring person who has raised 4 now young people and adult children. I have years of experience working in early years school settings. I am experienced in SEN care and supporting families experiencing adversity. I am a holistic practitioner who has a focus on yoga for all, massage and nutrition. I am a creative type who loves to share my interests in ceramics, painting, dance and nature with the children and young people in my life. My work as a postnatal doula means that I am experienced with new born care of both the new parent and baby.
