I have a strong background in both childcare settings and being a sole charge nanny. This 'best of both worlds' approach and experience helps as I can use my knowledge of the EYFS and National Curriculum knowledge to tailor activities for the children, focusing on learning through play but also giving them the best start in life. Currently I have sole charge of 2 children, B6 and G3. The girl is with me all day, every day and we do lots of activities together, both educational and fun. I complete a detailed diary entry every day for the parents to see what the children have been doing. Including a whatsapp group between the me and the parents where updates, funny stories, videos and photos are sent during the day. I have experience with babies and children alike and am very comfortable with the different age ranges. I have my educational background within child behavior and psychology so can help and have helped with the implementation of routines and behavior plans. I love my job and I hope that comes across. I understand wholeheartedly how hard it is to leave your children with someone, but I aim to make that as painless for you as I can. I hope to hear from you soon!
