I am a second year English Literature student at the University of Portsmouth. I have always enjoyed being with children and have three younger brothers ages 19-11 that I have always helped take care off, furthermore I am the oldest of ten grandchildren who I also help out with when I can. I have experience with children of all ages; working in a preschool with children ages 2-4, and an after school club with children ages 4-12. I have also volunteered at schools in the UK, and Zimbabwe! I am a fun and friendly person and I try to spark the children’s interest in things that i am passionate about such as animals, nature, reading, writing and drawing, but I also give them space to be passionate about their own interests and take pleasure in allowing them to be themselves. I have been DBS checked within the past year, and have references I can give you upon request. Being a student means I have a lot of spare time, and I am free after 2 everyday apart from Wednesday.
