I am a kind and understanding person who has experience caring for children and counselling children. I am currently training as a counsellor who specialises in counselling children and young people using play and arts therapy. I have experience baby sitting children from birth as well as counselling primary school age children. I have a personality suited to working with children and find my calm demeanour allows children to feel safe and secure. I am comfortable using play and arts materials such as puppets, toys, sand and paints as I am very creative. I have a current DBS and I am a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) meanings am bound by their ethical guidelines, which I will continue to carry over when caring for your child.
