Hi! My name is Charlotte and I’m a Medical Sciences student at the University of Exeter. I have experience caring for young children, having been babysitting for a couple of years. I spent the summer before I came to university as a nanny for a boy aged 5, which involved collecting him from school, interacting with his teachers and other staff, cooking his dinner and bathing him and helping him with his homework (involving reading). I worked as a private tutor for two years preceding university, working with children from the age of 5 to 16, so I am very patient and know a range of techniques to engage children in their work and investing in their studies.
