I believe myself to be a very patient, caring person and motivated. I am a team manager for children and young adults aged 9-29 with autism and challenging behaviour. I have worked at The Shires, Millfeild House for the past 4 years, I have also worked at Children’s 1st Nursery for a short period of time. I have always wanted to work with younger children and gain more knowledge and experience before hopefully going to University in the future to become a disability nurse. I am currently studying my NVQ Level 3 Health and Social care. I can drive, I have a 5 seater car, and I am available for pick ups and drop offs.
