I am a caring, hard working, enthusiastic individual; who enjoys a challenge, with the ability to use own initiative when required. Personal strengths include great people skills, a high level of patience and understanding, punctual, reliable and trustworthy. I have 10 years experience with children of all ages, especially babies and toddlers. This experience was acquired in nurseries, primary schools and a children’s ward. I have cared for four children weekly in the evening for the past 6 years. I have qualifications in: NVQ Level 2 in Childcare BTEC Level 3 in Health and Social Care Diploma in Psychology and Health Certificate of Higher Education in Psychology and Counselling Completed 2 Years of Mental Health Nursing Degree Achieved National Award of Childcare Learner of the Year. I have attained certificates in: First Aid Health and Safety Food Safety Infection Control Moving and Handling. I have an up to date DBS. References are available on request.
