I have 2 children myself 6 & 5, healthcare background. I am trained in basic first aid and emergency. I am buccal trained for those with children and epilepsy. I have experience and knowledge feeding tubes, pegs, tracheostomy, colostomy’s ect. I am medication trained also. I have a full enhanced dbs although this will probably need updating as I’m not sure if I registered for update service. Happy to do so. I am home all the time, child/ren would have to be dropped off and collected at my home address. Happy for early morning and late nights. Weekend subject to availability and will be £16 PH. Can do over night stays if needed this will be £50 from 19:00-07:00. A form will have to be filled out by parent or guardian for medications, allergies, likes and dislikes ect. Another form will be for consents for medication, any emergency support they may need to receive incase of an accident, consents for personal care. A emergency contact list and authorisation list for who is collecting child they will also need a password to be able to collect. Food and drinks can be provided. Nappies wipes clothes formula will need to be provided.
