Since the age of 15, I helped raise my younger sisters, now 10 and 16. I picked them up from school, made after school snacks and dinner. I also helped them with their homework, all whilst juggling my own. This allowed me to improve on my organisation and time management skills, as well as listening to children and understanding their needs, gaining a level of respect as well as friendship. I also used to volunteer at my church in the kid's section during their services, as well as my previous job in a pottery cafe where we hosted children's parties.
