I have an Nvq 3 in early years. I’ve worked in nursery for 2 years that focused on gentle/attachment/child led parenting so I have lots of experience in that area and has completely changed my own parenting outlook. As of September I am nannying for a family with 2 boys (5 and 2) between the hours 7.30-5.30 on a tues-fri.
