My name is Caroline, and I am 27 years old. I have recently relocated to Cornwall with my partner and our dog. I began my career in childcare as an apprentice in an early years setting, where I gained valuable experience over two years, ultimately earning a Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education. During this time, I worked with children ranging in age from 2 to 6 years, including those with additional needs. Following this, I transitioned to a part-time nanny role for one year, where I was solely responsible for two children, aged 8 and 10. My responsibilities included planning and organizing activities, managing school drop-offs and pickups, preparing nutritious meals, maintaining a clean and organized home, and providing occasional overnight care. In addition to my nannying experience, I also worked in a nursery as a 1:1 support for a child with severe autism, PICA and who was non-verbal. This experience led me to pursue further training in special educational needs, including first aid and sign language. I am passionate about working with children, finding it incredibly rewarding, and I am eager to find a role that allows me to continue making a positive impact on young lives
