I work as a Sen Teaching Assistant Level 3 and get great fulfillment doing this. For me, it's important to be caring, compassionate, have a sense of humour and when I support others, it's not a job, it's a vocation. I have personal experience and professional experience, as a Mum, senior support worker and for the past 5 years Sen Teaching Assistant. I am patient, resilient, caring and will always go above and beyond. I have my own car and I am first Aid trained. I am looking to help support during school holidays, weekends and evenings.
