My name is Caris, I am 20 years old and I am a health care assistant in an elderly nursing home, I work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern and I know my working rota up until Christmas. My job is to care for the vulnerable which includes assisting them at meal times, mobilising, personal care, toileting or incontinence checks. I also have previous experience in mental health, learning difficulties and childcare too. A little bit about me: I am originally from the Isle of Wight, I have a BA (Hons) in Dance and I adorable all animals with the exception of snakes and spiders!
