I love being a nanny, I never look at the role as a job, but I’m a friend who lovingly and always cares for the children in my care. Now that my children are older ( 22 & 18 ) I don’t have the worry of childcare etc on my part. I was with a family for almost 10 years and when the sisters both started they were 14 months up until the eldest started secondary school they became part of the family and still are part of our family. I now work for a HP family in central London Monday to Thursday, so I am available on a Friday all day and for babysitting.
