Hi, I'm Cara! I'm American and have lived in London (Fitzrovia) for about a year and four months now. I'm looking for somewhere between 25-35 hours per week (no weekends, except for the occasional date night, holiday, etc.). Here's more on my experience... For two years in high school, I worked at a childcare facility (ages ranged from 10 weeks to 12 years) preparing games/crafts, settling disputes/giving discipline when necessary, diaper changing, bottle feeding, etc. I babysat for various families throughout college helping with school pick up/drop off, homework, and general housekeeping. In college I also worked at an after school care facility for elementary schoolers (ages 6-12) leading activities/games while keeping the environment fun and safe. I was also a camp counselor one summer and nannied another summer.
